The End Stage Renal Disease National Coordinating Center (ESRD NCC) has launched a series of videos highlighting the success stories of people affected by kidney disease. The videos were developed from submissions by dialysis patients, kidney transplant recipients, care partners and renal professionals as part of the #TogetherWeCan Live Well campaign.
The videos feature photos and quotes from people in the ESRD community about how they live well with kidney disease. The first in the series was shared at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Quality Conference and may be viewed here. Each month, an additional video in the series will be released on the ESRD NCC website.
The ESRD NCC is grateful to the ESRD Networks that encouraged their local communities to participate, and to the people and organizations who shared their inspiring stories for the videos. The #TogetherWeCan Live Well campaign seeks to honor their real-life experiences and strength in the face of chronic kidney disease.
The End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) National Coordinating Center (NCC) provides support and coordination at the national level for the Medicare ESRD Network Program, under contract with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS.)
